I had a wonderful experience at Palo Alto Dermatology Institute. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming. Everyone took the time to answer my questions and made the entire process feel comfortable and stress-free. The team was very attentive and helpful, and it’s clear they truly care about the people who come through their doors. They explained everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. I really appreciate how sweet, patient, and knowledgeable everyone was. If you’re looking for a dermatology office with a friendly staff that genuinely cares for the people they serve, I highly recommend Palo Alto Dermatology Institute! Dr. Morganroth is a super cool doctor. 😎 I loved the layout of the clinic, ice cream, and how approachable all of the staff were. I was also given a tour of the lab, and saw my own biopsy done in person. They have up to date gear and can generate those biopsy slides within 10 minutes. Dr. Morganroth took the time to explain what was happening and what will be next. Great place, and will be back.

I have been searching for a way to remove a tattoo on my wrist and am so glad I found Dr. Morganroth. They’re able to completely numb the area beforehand. I was super nervous and a little skeptical but the laser portion was over in less than a minute and was truly 100% pain-free. Don’t suffer at those med spas where they aren’t allowed to numb you beforehand. Today was my first session and I’ll keep coming until it’s gone.

Semiannual check up today with Michelle Quinn. She is both professional and personable. In between treatments we talked about our dogs. I have been going to Dr Morganroth's practice for twenty plus years. While I miss the convenience of the old office in Saratoga, I am happy to drive a bit more for the quality of the care I receive.

Palo Alto Dermatology Institute provides an excellent level of service. The office staff is very professional and the office itself is physically very comfortable. They actually answer the phone when you call unlike so many offices nowadays. The staff offers coffee and snacks while you wait. My wife had a terrible basal cell carcinoma on her face that required Mohs surgery. Dr. Morganroth did an unbelievable job repairing the area after the cancer was removed. We were very worried due to the location on her face. This was a complicated repair to insure that her facial features remained natural and symmetrical.
