Palmyra Family Dentistry

Today's visit was great. A different dental hygienist than I have had before and she did an excellent job. Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. I have been going to the same location for close to 59 years. I would strongly recommend it.

The office is nice and clean. It feels very personal and staff are very nice. Office is very professional and thorough with their work. The only things that are preventing it from being 5 stars is the procedure itself. When cleaning the process felt very rough compared to other offices I've previously been to. The pick scraping was too much digging into the gingival lining making it quite painful along with hard flossing. I understand some bleeding will happen with cleaning but it felt like it was going too far in. I would feel more comfortable if I was checked on for discomfort if the signs of discomfort or tears are showing. Also patients need eyewhere protection because debris and water spray will get in your eyes. If these were fixed and/or adressed in the future, I would give it a 5.

excellent customer service with paperwork. very professional regarding a tooth extraction. explained procedure and checked how i was doing afterward. highly recommend them

A wonderful place to go to. Everyone made me feel better. Sarah did a great job.

They are always so kind and helpful. Even with my dentist anxiety I never have to worry with them. Very happy with this dentistry although I have moved 45 minutes away I will continue going here
