Wow wow I am blown away by the level of care. I walked in super stressed because all the big pharmacies were not taking my insurance. This pharmacist (beautiful person, wished I would of asked her name) she did so much to try and help me 😢 she then was able to discount all my medicines and I was able to afford them. God is my witness I walked in with $70 and the total was $69 she was truly an angel at that moment for me. You don’t see a lot of people in the pharmaceutical industry that care too much but she did . If you see this, THANK YOU, you made me feel seen and like I mattered. Thank you thank you. Super fast, flexible, and very friendly. I scheduled my first dose of the vaccine and they were also able to fit in my husband last minute. When we came back for the second dose 4 weeks, the doc and staff were equally as friendly and efficient as the first time.

My son's doctor found this pharmacy for us. Due to an insurance issue his insurance would not pay for his medication anymore , so I ended up having to pay out of pocket for it. The pharmacist here went above and beyond to not only get us tbe medication that is extremely expensive fast but was able to get it down to where I could afford it. When I went to pick it up they were so incredibly kind that I moved all of my family's medication there. I am so impressed by how much they care! I highly recommend them!!!!

This pharmacy helped me out in a time of need. Having Crohn’s disease, I discovered quickly that some of my specialty prescriptions can be particularly difficult to get filled, especially when the hospital pharmacy that just prescribed them to you during your release doesn’t even have them in stock. The team here not only accepted the challenge, but didn’t blink an eye at it, providing compassion and courtesy the entire time. They had my orders delivered to their store and filled the next morning. They took the time for a consultation proactively, which is something one never sees the chain pharmacies do anymore. This pharmacy is a jewel and asset for our community, and I’m proud and honored to recommend them.

I've been taking my monthly prescriptions to Palms Pharmacy in Orlando since they opened as Benzer Pharmacy years ago. Unlike years of monthly visits. Today i saw their other side. Extremely disappointed with the complete lack of fundamental customer courtesy. In fact a very rude and unprofessional Ms Sanchez, who identified as herself as the lead would probably do best away from customers. Her people skils are lacking.. This over questioning an over charge of $5, following the problems of a script that tool over a week to have corrected. Management needs to acknowledge the reality of once massive corporations now out of business ONE customer at a time. No shortage of Pharmacies here in East Orlando I would certainly appreciate the opportunity to speak to someone in management and update
