Palms of Pasadena

I have been to Palms of Pasadena hospital a number of times over the years, most have been for ER visits. My most recent visit was for my annual mammogram exam. As any woman knows, these are not a fun experience. But the two wonderful ladies in the imaging department performing my exam were so nice and helpful. I couldn't have asked for a better experience under the conditions, as they were! Afterwards I stopped by the cafe just down the hall for lunch. Joshua was working, and treated me with respect and was very helpful in helping me decide what to eat. I had the Cuban sandwich and beef picadillo which was fabulous! Most of their meals are made in-house. The Cuban sandwich, which filled me up by itself, is $5.99 and you will not find a better, inexpensive Cuban sandwich on the beach! Th

This Emergency Room Doctor saved my life. After going to Baycare’s Hospital ER twice and discharged as “everything is fine.” I landed at Palms of Pasadena ER with severe Vertigo. The Doctor (not PA like Baycare’s) evaluated me and after ensuring I was in no immediate danger, he admitted me for further testing. The testing resulted in a brain cyst. The MRI I did out patient and thankfully and because of him, I’m getting the Neurosurgeon eval and treatment faster for what would have continued to be a progressively worse issue. The hospital doctors started me on medication which stopped my world from spinning and set me on a path to an ENT next door who is working with me know. The entire team is fantastic and top notch doctor and team of nurses. I’m so lucky they are right over the bridge!

I have been there at least three times, once for surgery and examen and scan. Every time my experience was a great one. All the staff was the best I've experienced ever. I give it a five star rating. Happy camper here. 😏👍

3x in a row I have felt my family and I have been well taken care of through the ER department. ER can be a scary place for someone alone but I felt cared for and all staff members treated me with respect. Thank you for your care and service!

Just Gross!!! The comode in the room was filthy to begin with!! The portable comode brought in the room for my client had dried feces on it!! To top it all off my client contracted ringworm while he was there.a horrible infectious place!!#
