Palms Massage

Carly at Palms Massage is the best massage therapist I’ve ever had! She’s incredibly in tune with your body and has a perfect balance between therapeutic work and feel-good deep pressure. Her massages are effective and relaxing, and I love the thoughtful strokes and techniques she uses every time. She is especially great for deep tissue and specialized body work. On top of that, her studio is so serene and aesthetic.

Wow! The best massage I have ever had and I’ve been getting massages for 30 years. Carly was so in tune to what my body needed. The space was serene, comfortable and the perfect temperature. I live in Los Angeles but I would consider coming back on the regular despite the distance.

I can't say enough great things about my experience at Palms Massage. Every part of the process was easy, from texting an inquiry, to booking online and even easy parking. Super great location right in downtown! Carly listened closely to the issues I was having around an injury and subsequent headaches. She made some suggestions and tailored my massage to my particular issues. It felt amazing but also felt like I was getting fine-tuned body work that would have a lasting impact. I am headache free the next day and know I will be seeing her again.

I can't say enough about Palms Massage Therapy.  From the moment I walked into their cozy and welcoming location in the heart of downtown, I felt at ease. I've been dealing with ongoing neck and arm pain that's affected my sleep and daily routine for years and honestly, I wasn't sure how much massage could help. But it did -- more than I could have imagined. Carly was incredibly intuitive and skilled, and I walked out feeling real relief for the first time in ages. It was such a gift to finally feel the pain ease up. This was truly the healing experience I needed.  I will absolutely be back.

As a Chiropractor, and Massage school owner I have had a lot of massage. Carly is a natural and gives one of the best massages I have had. She enhances her massage with heat (sheets, towels and even a heated eye mask) as well as aromatherapy. She also offers additional services if wanted such as cupping. Thx Carly I will be back!
