This place is a money hungry group of unprofessional scammers. The person running that front office needs to be fired and until they are I plan on telling EVERYONE at my church, employer, on ever succotash media account I have etc to avoid them like the plague. If you notice on their reviews the only people they seem to turn away are on Medicaid. Know why? Because they can't charge them whatever they want. They can only bill a service etc for the highest amount Medicaid will pay. So what do they do? Sure they'll book Medicaid patients if and when they have a cancellation and need to squeeze sometime in... However the second they get a chance to cancel their appointment... They do! I have been taking my kids here for years. My 6 year old recently had to have some dental work done. They only do one crown, extraction, or filling at a time with children. So if your child needs more than one, you have to come back each month until they get them all. That’s my only complaint. Other than that, they’re very friendly and they’re quick to call your child back. It makes a big difference if you do the visit registration on your phone ahead of time. If you do, they call you the second it’s your appointment time. The area they do the dental work in is small. So you do have to wait in the waiting area for your child until they’re done. This isn’t a problem for me because I’ve taken my other children here over the years and I trust them. They do a great job and they’re great with

Took my son here... No parents are allowed in the room during the visit. Had one or 2 successful visits with no report of behavioral issues, then they told me his behavior was not cooperative enough and he needed a dentist that could do sedation. They refused to service us at that point and would not let me go in with him to get him to cooperate. When I took him to a new dentist they literally told him firmly what to do and he cooperated perfectly without sedation or anything. This dentist doesn't want any special needs kids at all. Stay away from these losers if you can help it... Which is hard if you're on Medicaid in this area.

I had the best experience here ! Hands down the hygienist + the Dr. were an amazing team. He knew how to comfort my son + knew exactly what needed to be done. Very professional + definitely a nice clean place.

If I could give a 0 review, I would. Went there for an emergency once and the Dr. Wouldn't even come into the room to see me. Prime example that corporations run America. Capitalism at its finest
