Booked through class pass and the lady emailed me an hour prior that she needed to reschedule. I do not check my personal emails every hour so I did not see ( would have appreciate a call or even a message on the app that I used to book). We rescheduled after I showed up and there was no one to greet me, but I had to reschedule that date because it was so late in the night so I emailed them about 10 hours prior to the time. I guess they also do not check their emails and did not see it, but we eventually agreed to a later date. Once I arrive there, it was not the same lady that rescheduled with me. My daughter went to get a massage a few days ago and the masseuse was insulted by the tip my daughter left. She left a generous tip, and the woman insisted for more, laughing in her face saying “that’s all you’re going to leave?” She hovered over her phone to watch her Zelle more, and my daughter was intimidated and scared by the woman. My daughter is a working college student with limited funds. There are many ways to go about asking for a bigger tip, like “if you’re out of cash feel free to Zelle.” Or literally anything else. How disrespectful to laugh in a customer’s face. She left more tense and uncomfortable than she came in. It ruined the relaxing experience.

Maria gave me the best massage ever. I was so sore before and she worked out the soreness. I also was having nerve issues and she calmed them with her magic touch. I felt healed when I left. Thank you, Maria.

The cleanest and nicest spa. Always so welcoming and friendly. I highly recommend this spot to anyone looking to have a massage.

What a horrible experience. I booked an appointment online after seeing multiple time slots available. I drove over an hour to get there, only to find another person sitting in the waiting area who had also booked the exact same time as me. The staff member came out, admitted there was only one appointment available, and handed me the phone to speak with the owner. Instead of honoring my confirmed appointment, I was told they couldn’t take me because they had no staff available besides one person working. There was no effort to resolve the situation, no apology beyond “sorry,” and no consideration for the time and effort I had already spent to get there. Extremely unprofessional, frustrating, and disappointing. Save yourself the time and money — do not go here.
