At first everything was great! Until I received my dentures back from what Dr Houston calls the lab, meaning his lab. They were very poor quality and the teeth were not properly set. When addressed with Dr Houston alls he could do is lie and laugh about the whole process. I asked for my 5k back that he charged me, he laughed and said he was keeping it that it was for services rendered. Here are pics. Would anyone pay 5k+ for these dentures?!?

This review is from Bonnie not Robert. In May/June of 2023 I saw Dr Houston for dentures. The dentures did not fit properly and I had to return several times for adjustments. The lower denture would not stay in if I talked, much less eat with them. He adjusted them so much he had to have a make a new one. Still terrible. He didn’t seem to care at that point but he did recommend a dentist about snap in dentures. What a joke! Who could afford $16k on top of the thousands I had already paid (and still paying)? For over a year I wore only the upper dentures and was limited to soft foods. I was so depressed my doctor suggested I contact a dental college to see if they could help me. Dr. Houston saw me on the day that his office was closed after i was in a car accident that wrecked my teeth and i did not have a dentist yet in the upstate. he opened his office for me during the holidays. i cried most of my visit with him and he was so kind and gentle throughout it all. he was one of the people who helped my smile return to how it was before. he is still my dentist today and it’s always a joy seeing him and his staff. he truly has the kindest hygienists and people in his office. if i ever get a compliment on my teeth, i always thank dr. houston.

Dr Houston and his entire staff are the epitome of what patient care should be! Everyone is courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. Dr Houston will not try to talk you into unnecessary procedures. If you need routine care or extensive work, look no further! I drive 45 minutes just to be seen at this office and it's worth every mile!

Great visit. Made me happy. Great staff and doctor. Both of us use Dr Houston and have for years.
