Palmetto Primary Care Physicians: Bonneau Office

I don't go to primary care often, when I do have an appointment, I receive great care. My one complaint, front desk, the ladies seem to be doing better. Use to seem so stressed out, seem to be doing better. I have been Dr. Rodgers patient for at least 20 years.

I have been pleased with Dr Rodgers however, for the facility is a different issue. The waiting for lab is uncalled for. I waited for an hour. There was another patient who was waiting longer then me. When she went up to see why she was still waiting, she was informed they put her down as being checked out. Now, if they can cancel your appt if you are 15 minutes or more late. If they are more then 15 minutes late, can we leave without being charged?

Since I've moved back home from Jacksonville Florida and found this Doctors Care office they have been nothing but kind courtesy and very professional to me I enjoy the office staff the nurses and my doctor Shane for me and my husband and my grandson thank you so much continue to do what you do

I've never had a problem with calling them. The office staff does take a lunch break and they have the recording on during that time. Dr. Rodgers is great, thorough, and my family has been his patients for over 20 years. We always receive excellent service. If he's accepting new patients, you'll be blessed to be able to get him as your doctor.

I would NOT recommend this office! We have been patients for YEARS. Every single time I call to get an appointment is nearly impossible to get in unless you want to go in a month later from when you called. I understand being booked however when you have patients who need appointments because they are SICK, you shouldn't have to wait days to get an appointment. Today is Friday, they wouldn't be able to get him in until Tuesday. I called the Moncks Corner office and even thought they are Palmetto Primary Care, he would be considered a new patient and would have to wait a month to get in. Just insane!
