I had the most amazing experience getting medication here for my step-father. One of the employees here (his name was Anthony) was super nice, his energy made me comfortable, and provided solid information. He was also super knowledgeable and made sure that I got every single thing I needed. Because of him I’m glad to call this place my new pharmacy!

My father lost the battle with cancer last month. He was put in hospice at the house in Palmetto and the pharmacy delivered the medicines when we couldn’t get up there free of charge. I never had a pharmacy deliver medicine. It was the nicest thing someone can do when our minds was on 10 other different things. I just wanna say thank you for making life easier. Palmetto pharmacy has a customer for life and many other people. I’ve told the story to they switched over to this pharmacy.

Growing up in the Midwest, I actually have many fond memories of taking trips to our local pharmacy, right down to the "penny" candy. Imagine our surprise and delight when we discovered Palmetto Pharmacy, not to mention it's literally walking distance from our house, like two blocks! Just wanted to take a moment to shout out Palmetto Pharmacy and the incredible team there — especially Emily and Joey the pharmacist — for going above and beyond for our family this week. My in-laws are coming to town next week for an extended stay, and my father-in-law needed a specific prescription that most pharmacies don’t carry. Over the last few weeks, they’ve been strung along by several large chain pharmacies — CVS, Walgreens, Walmart — all of which said they could get the medication in but never followed through. It’s been incredibly stressful preparing for travel without any clear answers. I made one call to Palmetto Pharmacy, and Emily and Joey immediately stepped in to help. They arranged to have the medication overnighted, offered to price match the big-name pharmacies, and

What lead me to Palmetto Pharmacy were all of the stellar reviews- I can confirm, all are accurate! Joey, Emily and staff are absolutely wonderful and provide such exceptional service. Moreover, the fast and efficient process they have in place for filling prescriptions are second to none. I just wish I had come here sooner because they truly set the standard on how a pharmacy should be. Highly recommend!
