I can’t say enough great things about this dental office! From the moment I walked in, the entire staff made me feel genuinely welcome and at ease. The front desk team is friendly, professional, and incredibly organized, making scheduling and check-in quick and stress-free. They are very personable and had me checked In immediately. Bailey, the dental assistant, was absolutely fantastic—kind, attentive, and reassuring throughout the visit. She made sure I was comfortable every step of the way and explained what was happening, which really helped put me at ease. She was a tad heavy handed but a joy to work with nonetheless! Dr. Serrao is an outstanding dentist—professional, knowledgeable, and truly caring. She took the time to explain my treatment options clearly, answered all of my quest

I love the dentist!!! Dr Serrao is the most pleasant DMD ive ever encountered. I have bad anxiety with dentists, and a bad experience with past dentist causing dental PTSD. And she makes you feel so comfortable, talks to you as a person not just a patient. She truly cares about your teeth, and feelings. If you know anyone who is scared to death of dentists I would say try Dr Serrao!!! And the staff are so nice as well. Im so glad I found this office!!! 5+ stars in my book!!!

Staff was very nice. I was informed before my appointment, that they were in my insurance network. After my visit, multiple xrays, cleaning, assessment. I was told that they (palmetto) was not in network. I asked the first time I called and again when they called me back to change my appointment. Did you find out if you were in my network? She said, "Yes". After my lengthy visit, I was informed I owed $340! I never would have went had I known that it was not in network. Not very good business practice! Not Happy!

I had to cancel my original appointment but one of the staff members called and got me right back in. Always friendly & my hygienist Alley is the best. Very polite & gets me in and out with no issues. Dr. J is always nice & takes care of me as well. Great people!
