I really don’t understand these negative reviews. I’ve been seeing Dr Ploch, he is very professional and explains things well. I have had no problems with any of the staff. I would recommend Dr Ploch and this office to my friends and family. Remember, anyone can write a bad review if they’re having a bad day or had to wait longer than they like. I would rather decide for myself instead of letting a review decide for me.

Very rude phone receptionist. Not sure if they're always like that but from what I've always dealt with, when talking to them over the phone it's always been that way. In person the front desk person is always polite and caring but I'm guessing they let it be known what they really think of you and your business with them?

Dr. Nickles is the best! He listens to his patients, makes them feel comfortable and heard. He delivers on what he says he is going to do.

We love Dr. Ploch! Always look forward to seeing him. Very compassionate and such a character.

Although my son was initially hesitant to visit this place because of the unfavorable reviews, we were pleasantly surprised by the kindness of everyone, including the nurse, the doctor, and the secretary, Waiting time was minimal. For those who have left bad reviews remember, as with most things in life, the way one treats others often determines how one is treated in return.
