I had an incredible experience at Palm Urgent Care from start to finish. The amazing receptionist at the front desk, Mirna, truly set the tone for my visit. From the moment I walked in, she was warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. She made me feel comfortable right away and patiently guided me through the entire application process, making everything smooth and stress-free. She also kept me informed about the wait time and checked in to make sure I was okay her attentiveness and positivity really made a difference. Once in the back, I was cared for by Athraa in the back office and Hathim, the MA, who were both professional, gentle, and reassuring. They took their time with me, explained everything clearly, and made me feel well taken care of throughout my visit. I was then seen by Dr. Ca
