Palm Springs Post Acute

My mother in law has bee here for 2 months and we are very impressed with overall care. She was very well cared for. Even the food is good. We would recommend Palm Springs to anyone needing care.

My elderly sister is in long term care here and the staff has been wonderful and always available to talk. The facility is very very clean and the patients seem comfortable and cared for.

They do have some wonderful staff, and they all work and get worked pretty hard here. We have have had quite a few issues, and really am fortunate that we are so far able to be here on average 5 days a week to help ensure care is provided as needed and promised. If I had advice, make sure you are here to inspect and observe what you expect. Issues, for the first few days meals weren't included for our senior family member on her wing when food was delivered for the hall. Since our family member has short term memory issues, and if we didn't catch it each time, meals would have been missed. It took a good 3 days to get that resolved and running smoothly (over a weekend). More recently, we have not had full responses to specific inquiries related to the first assessments and therapies

Heidi was amazing! She was the head nurse. Overall cleanliness was very good. Attention to patients were not good at all. People were calling for over an hour before being attended to. My Father actually fell out of the bed. They didn't put rails on the bed until 2 days later.

Palm Springs is a great place for rehab services; with caring staff and administration. We have great peace of mind knowing that our loved one is being cared for by them when we can't be there.
