Excellent!! visit. The office was very bright, cheerful and very clean. All staff were very friendly. Katrina was my initial contact to the back completing my x-rays, she was so friendly and made me feel at ease. Jacinda kept me informed throughout my teeth cleaning and provided the BEST! deep cleaning job, ever! Dr Le, reviewed my x-ray results thoroughly and explained the plan of care thoroughly. I was very sad to leave my old dentist of 18 years, but I am so happy now that I did. Good work Modern dentistry.

Five stars for Dr. Guitgus and Brian at Palm Springs Modern Dentistry! The doctor's warm personality made the visit stress-free, and the teamwork between her and her dental hygienist, Brian, was outstanding. They both cared about my comfort, and the crown made for me fit perfectly. It's rare to see such mutual respect and coordination in a dental office. Truly a great experience!

I love going to Palm Springs Modern Dentistry. I have been to numerous dental offices over the last 65 years and Palm Springs Modern Dentistry is above and beyond the best. I have been going here for over 10 years and have always received high quality care provided by highly competent, friendly staff in a pleasant environment at reasonable prices. Dr. Natalie Le and her team are exceptional. They really know what they are doing no matter how complicated the dental procedure. Be very, VERY wary of what they “recommend” to you. As part of my initial consult, I had x-rays done. Based on the exams, I was told I needed a 4-quadrant deep cleaning, even though I take very good care of my teeth. They also said I had bone deterioration, but the area they indicated on the X-ray looked like it was below the gum line and would have been part of my jawbone. Correct me if I’m wrong, I’m not sure how someone could get bone regression in the actual jaw area. On top of all of this, they said I had receding gums, and needed to “be more attentive with brushing and flossing.” Lastly, as a final kicker, they screened my tongue for cancer, yet I was not made aware before they did it that I would have a $5 co-pay. I’m not upset at the price, merely that I was not asked or notified

I was scheduled for a general cleaning but after arriving, checking in and having a bunch of xrays done, the doctor came into the exam room and informed me that I was overdue for a deeper cleaning and scaling since it had been 2 years since my last one was done. They were going to convert the appointment to do that instead, but could only do 1/2 of my teeth since my insurance required it to be done over 2 separate days. I tried to explain that I did not plan for a visit that was longer than an hour and had other plans already that evening and could not do it that day. She didn’t accept that response and instead said that she was sending someone in to go over cost with me.
