Palm Garden of Winter Haven

My mother has been living at Palm Garden for quite some time now, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the care she receives. The staff truly treats her with kindness, patience, and respect. The facility is always clean, welcoming, and well-organized. Communication with the team has been excellent; they keep me updated regularly and are always willing to answer any questions I have. I can tell they genuinely care about the residents’ well-being. Special thanks to Candy Lehning—she’s awesome. They offer many activities throughout the month, organized in a calendar that’s very easy to follow. Sometimes they have music, dinners, games, or special events for the residents. My mom can’t participate in those, but I know they bring comfort and happiness to many of the other residents. I highly

The nurses here are amazing! You can feel and sense the compassion they have. They were really great with my mom. They allowed my help getting her settled in as she transferred from the hospital to her new residence at Palm Garden. From the entrance all the way to her room, was clean and a very welcoming atmosphere. No awkward smells, and smiling faces throughout. I'm glad I chose this place for my mom. I feel she's in good caring hands.🙏😌

My Sister is happy there. She is being taken care of. The staffe are wonderful to her. The facility is clean. It has no stinky odors!!! I'm impressed with this facility. Its home away from home.

From the time I stepped in the door, until I stepped out, it was such a pleasant experience. Everyone was helpful and courteous. No unpleasant odors. All clients looked clean and well cared for. If I ever needed a rehabilitation facility, Palm Gardens would definitely be my choice. Kudos to management and entire staff for a job well done!

I went to visit a new resident and I was so impressed by Palm Garden! It is clean, friendly and feels kinda like home! My 99 year old friend was having lunch in the dining room …it looked delicious! She was smiling and the atmosphere felt homey. I left with a very good feeling that she is at your facility! Thank you.
