Palm Garden of Orlando

Went to facility to visit my aunt in the rehab unit. Was very impressed. At entrance must sign in and sign out. Very clean and staff so helpful. Room is comfortable and spacious. My aunt very relaxed and happy. Good choices on menu for meals. Beautiful facility

My uncle is recovering from life-threatening illnesses and is in rehabilitation at Palm Gardens. My family and I live in South Carolina and are not able to check in on him as often as we would like. While visiting Palm Gardens for the first time this week to help my uncle get some personal affairs in order, we were immediately impressed with the cleanliness and vibrant atmosphere of this rehabilitation center. The genuine care and concern for our loved one was evident from all staff members that we had interactions with. The staff members that we encountered include the front desk attendant upon entry , social workers, nursing staff, physical therapist, and CNA’s. This is a place I visited often to see friends & loved ones. I then became a resident because of a bad fall. I have always been very impressed with the quality of the staff, the cleanliness & care taken for safety & health. The staff are very congenial, cheerful & concerned about those they serve. And they actually do serve us with smiles on their faces & no complaints. We are treated like family who need that feeling of being cared for. All of the staff on the occupational & physical therapy team are most helpful with their expertise, kindness & compassion for the issues of each patient. It's amazing to watch the interactions. I can't thank them enough.

Good security. Friendly and helpful staff. Cleanest senior rehabilitation center we ever saw. Lots of staff. Physical therapy had tons of equipment. Beautiful outdoor seating areas all over. Singing and music in a large activity room was well attended and looked like fun. The attention of staff to clients was noticeable and impressive.

It was a blessing to know from I stepping the palm Garden on Saturday afternoon to visit and pray for an unknown patient,the front female very young was polite and helpful to my wife and my self. The rest of staff were very friendly and helpful clean during my visits smelling nice nurses very polite room and patient that I see was clean patient could see there looks happy and friendly. I pray that they live up they standard every day as Jesus said take care of everyone but go that extra mile for elders no matter what. God blees
