I scheduled my 6 month cleaning at my last visit, which should have been on May 23rd. I received a call Tuesday that my appointment needs to be rescheduled & the next available appointment is in August! Employee was rude & could care less that my appointments for cleaning would be almost a year apart! Told her I will find a new dentist! DONT GO HERE! Decent looking place, unprofessional experience.

We have been seeing Dr.Nong for the past 5 years and she is amazing. Her hygienist are also great. I had poor dental work done at another dentist in the area and she was able to correct it. We have never had any problems with them suggesting unnecessary work (unlike our old dentist) and the staff is always friendly and helpful.

Don’t go here. There was no customer service skills present when I was there. They took an x-ray of my mouth and said “you need to go see this other specialist, but wait they don’t have any appointments available” so basically that was the end of my visit. There was no “let me see if there’s anyone else that can help you” as I’m in pain. No customer service skills whatsoever. I left that office feeling completely helpless and very angry and that’s not how people should feel when it comes to dental work. And of course the work cost money I understand that, but how she presented it to me and how upset I got, she was not empathetic or gave me any options, she just sat there. I had been going here for over ten years…the staff has been okay recently…I have not actually seen Dr Nong in a few years she brought in another Doctor which I really do not like. Back in August I tested positive for Covid, they will not see me for my regular dental visits until I bring in a negative test result. Absolutely ridiculous!! Looking for a new dentist if anyone has recommendations.

Dr. Karen Nong has a genuine compassion for her patients and takes the extra steps necessary to provide quality care that the corporate chain dental companies don't exemplify. She hires quality staff who support her and work hard to maintain her high level of excellence.
