Been going to this practice for a number of years. Always friendly staff. Seen on time. My symptoms are dealt with efficiently. I am listened to. Excellent care is provided.

Would give 5 stars but they have issues with communication. Only way to contact is leave a message and hope for a response. Staff explained the messages go to a call center out if the country. 8f you need to contact get their direct number for a message. Staff and doctor very nice and helpful..

Quite simply, not impressed. They seem to be over booked resulting in long waits and not even enough sets in the waiting room. Staff, with a couple exceptions, are not particularly friendly and communication with the Dr., if you even see one is spotty. The shot I was scheduled to take was either lost by Fedex or the clinic, so they decided I didn't need it making me question why it was scheduled in the first place. Will definitely look into finding a different Urologist.

This is my third attempt to have a biopsy done. The staff is we, the doctors are unfriendly. I am done with this place

Drs and nurses are great but good luck trying to call them it’s one number for all locations and no one answers the phone or calls back. If they do it’s on a blocked number. During the appointment in the waiting room someone came in the office furious saying she was forced to drive over there because no one will answer the phone or call her back. For days. So it’s not just me! I would only recommend using them if u don’t anticipate ever needing to call the office because the receptionists ruin the entire experience
