I have been very happy for my father’s care at Palm Beach nursing centre. The staff are kind and helpful , ready to answer all your queries. It is clean and there is an atmosphere of kindness. Helen is a very efficient case worker and responded to my many différent problems ; I am from England and did t k ow the system that well; she was one of the key person to facilitate my understanding which at the end benefits my father. So all good!!! The rehab team is also really great ! Thanks to All . Anne

My mother was a long term care patient there for a few years. The staff has been fantastic. She needed extra care and the people there did everything they could to make her comfortable. The CNA's like Philomena were attentive and great, front office staff like Gelan and Flavia were super helpful, caring and supportive. Lashonda was instrumental in mom's care. I can't thank her enough for her attention to detail, her caring attitude and her determination to provide good care. Lashonda is indispensable and excellent at her job and an even better person. Thank you to all the staff at Palm Beach Nursing.

Palm Beach nursing has wonderful staff. If you are in need of rehabilitation, this is the right place. The therapy staff are knowledgeable, caring, and they go above and beyond. I was lucky to choose this place for my rehab.

For what ever is holy and green on this earth DONT put your loved ones here. I have a very close friend in here that is done with physical therapy and her insurance gives out in two weeks. I called for the social worker and two social workers came. One being a young female and The other was a young male., that should have their license revoked. The young male nurse told me he saw my friend when she Was there two weeks. So I addressed the situation to them both of them in front of my friend. She was devastated crying didn’t understand what was going on because she has to leave. She has to get Medicaid and the male social worker responded It is NOT his job to seek out patients that need help, and the female social worker agreed. They both. Stated the family members t should be in touch

My 93-year-old mother has been at Palm Beach Nursing Center for about a month now after slipping and injuring her knee, and the experience has been absolutely wonderful. From the moment she arrived, she has been raving about the food, the staff, and the overall environment. She consistently tells me how kind, caring, and attentive every single staff member is—from the nurses to the therapists to the housekeeping staff. She especially loves the therapy team and looks forward to her sessions. The activity directors are fantastic as well; my mom enjoys the variety of engaging activities they offer and looks forward to participating every day. It gives me such peace of mind to know that she is not only recovering well but also happy and well cared for. Palm Beach Nursing Center has exceeded
