Total waste of time and money coming to this facility. My entire family was positive for flu A and I couldn’t get in to see my primary care Dr before the MLK weekend. I had started getting flu like symptoms and knew it was only a matter of time until I got the flu as well. I’m the primary care provider for my family and my children and I came to this walk in clinic with flu like symptoms hoping for an antiviral medication before it got worse. My son had already been in the hospital for a high fever and so we knew it was flu A. Well instead of speaking to me about the concerns of “ME” taking the medication, I was treated as though I was there to secretly get this medication for someone else. The doctor I saw was very nice, thorough, professional, and funny all at the same time. He took care of all of my needs (after a long wait but I expect that when I walk into an urgent care 15 minutes before they close). I work an hour away, I'm sorry guys! The nurse and the front desk woman were also wonderful. Thank you all very much!

I had a positive experience during my recent visit to Palm Bay Medfast Urgent Care The staff/front desk/nurses were incredibly friendly, professional, welcoming and made me feel at ease, valued, & comfortable. The facility itself was clean, & organized. The wait time was short, I was in and out in about 30 minutes . The provider, had a compassionate bedside manner. She listened carefully to my concerns, quickly diagnosed my issue and I felt confident in the care plan she provided. Overall, I highly recommend this location for urgent care needs.

After taking the insurance cards and checking that I am covered, I was given paperwork to complete. I had someone take vitals and such. The Dr came in and decided I needed the x-ray. I was given a boot to aid walking. Here's why the low score. Knowing that I might need a x-ray, I should have been told that no one at this location was working. The people who were there were ok. I was instructed to go to a different place where the x-ray was completed. Doctor called me that night to tell me it was fractured.

I've never had a bad experience with this office. All of the staff here are just so kind and so pleasant! Ive never had to sit and wait for any amount of time at this place but even if I did I really wouldn't mind. They keep it so clean and tidy, I really don't have a negative thing to say about this medfast location at all. I just wish all doctors offices were like this one.
