Palm Bay Dental Center

My original appointment was 1:20. They changed it to 1 pm. I moved somethings around and made it by 1:08. They cleaned my teeth for 11 minutes and announced that they were finished with the cleaning. I will seek a different practice that provides more thorough cleanings. Today is the day before Thanksgiving and I was their last patient for today. Perhaps they should have just closed for today.

Update I’m 65 and Betty is the best hygienist I’ve experienced. In fact the experience at your dental office was the best dental experience ever. She was gentle and with small hands. Unlike others with hands the size of a Sumo wrestler. I’ve often said I’d rather have a kidney stone than visit a dentist. That no longer is true. ——————————- I have a real phobia of dentist and would rather have a kidney stone than visit a dentist. I’m a new patient to this office and still hold full faith review. But I will say Nancy in this office did provide a great deal of comfort and reassurance with the proposed plan for my dental care. My only concern is they don’t use duct tape and chloroform in their sedation methods. I’m not sure what will be required once the drilling takes place. Hopefully t

Such a wonderful experience. I had a total of 8 cavities filled and a deep clean done (don't judge me...haha). The staff was incredible! I finally found a dental office that I feel comfortable in and trust they care about my dental journey with them. They also didn't try to oversell me on stuff I don't need. Such a great dental office! Highly recommend!

The Dental work seemed to be good but the office staff was very bad. They always seem to push for the higher price procedures. And there was always a conflict regarding the EOB price and what the dental office wanted to charge. The EOB was what insurance would pay. It got so bad that at my last visit I was told to pay about $1,800 but the bill should have been about $900 which I did pay Upon A later call from the office. In fact today I still have a $66 credit available. Today I tried to get a regular cleaning visit always told no I must follow what they feel is satisfactory which is a much higher cleaning. But I am 83 years old do I really need that kind of dental work. So if you go there be awful careful regarding the billing

Excellent service, very proficient from Dr Modi, Andrea, front desk an all assistants. Truly appreciate honest care advice and information for ongoing dental care. It is wonderful to find great dental care. My husband and I are very happy 😁 😁 and pleased, we are making this place are dental care 🦷🏡
