Palliative Pharmacy Solutions

I had never heard of a compound pharmacy until my doctor referred me here. This place came highly recommended by her. Friendly staff and extremely clean. It is a little hard to find since the name on the business is different than what is listed in Google maps and what my doctor provided. They had it decorated with an old-time theme, which I really like. You'll enter through the side door, which was also a little hard to identify even with the sign telling us to use the side door. It just didn't seem like it was a business until entered. To be honest, I was not sure the business was open but it was very inviting once I entered the small space. My mother that is currently on hospice has had several incidents of not receiving her medications. This morning I called about a prescription she didn’t receive once again and the lady I spoke with was very rude. Will be changing pharmacies! Do not do business with them!

Terrible people skills. I had major surgery today & there is a shortage everywhere of the pain meds I need. So I called to find out if they had it in stock after hours of calling other pharmacies. The pharmacist was SO RUDE. Just kept berating me that “they’re not a retail pharmacy,” I was confused about what that meant so asked for clarity & all they did was continue to berate me in a condescending tone and just repeated “ma’am, we are NOT a retail pharmacy” and didn’t answer my question since I’ve had other Rx filled there in the past. That’s fine, I just wanted them to explain. They were so rude & short with me. Not a great way to treat a repeat customer who is in lots of pain from abdominal surgery. I wanted to support this local mom & pop small business. But after that interaction,

This place is a lifesaver for me and my animals. The fact that they deliver meds is one of the many reasons I use them. Pharmacists and staff are very helpful and friendly, and I’ve never had any issues with their products.

I called this place trying to get a prescription filled and the woman yelled and berated me for trying to ask questions and get help. I was trying to get information and she was insanely rude. She refused to even answer questions about my prescription. I’ll never go here again.
