Transport at noon arrival... 3 hours later she fell ...called me only cuts on hand... arrived at noon next day ...PT was present for right arm ...she was not able to lift left arm or bend elbow.... heavily medicated unable to stand ...PT and myself determined more help was needed I opted to ambulance to Sanford instead of there idea follow your gut and heart...by the way director of nursing still has not contacted me after requesting by several calls

Before this facility is judged by a news article, people need to ask themselves how much they know about nursing homes? How much do they know about regulations? This news article to me seems very one sided and does not cover both sides of the story. There is always two sides to every story. I have had loved ones at Palisade Healthcare, I can say with complete honesty that Palisade Healthcare is a great facility. All of the staff from Lourdes the executive director to the floor staff take great pride in what they do and take amazing care of the residents. Please, the public. Before we slander a facilities name, do some research. Why not even visit the facility yourself? Get your own opinion. Thank you for your time.

The staff here are all Very friendly, and I am very comfortable here as the staff genuinely care about people, and it is not just a job to them! The Therapy Department is great. Only small complaints would be the food is Novery good, and some of the equipment is very old, and outdated, and should be replaced. But overall I have really enjoyed my stay here, and am doing very well! The Techs Haley, Helen, Stephanie, are great I always no I am going to be well taken care of when they are here. My Nurses Rita, Tina, Bridgette, night nurse Danica, PT Kelly, and Blake, and OT Diane are Great! I know I am missing someone, but all of them have been very good to me 😊😊

We recently had my mom at the rehabilitation side at Palisade Healthcare Nursing Home. I was hesitant having read reviews. I don't agree with the poor reviews. I found all of the staff very professional and hard working. From the director, Lourdes to the director of nursing, Megan, to Paige and Brittney the Social Workers, to excellent CNAS like Marin, Tina, Taylor and Mosama, to Marcella (the best housekeeping), to nurses, J.C., Stephanie and many more whose names I didn't learn or remember. Whenever we had a concern, we noticed immediate changes once we talked with management. This is a sign of good leadership. The food is excellent, warm and home-cooked taste by Mike and others; the facility though old yes, is spotless. The rehab PT Kelly and OT Dianne were the best. We only moved

Thanks to all the organization's helpers, my Mom was admitted there recently. They heard our every request and looked ahead for our every need. The lifting was very gentle. The patience of every helper was so abundant. The food is very good. I call it comfort food that is healthy. I ate there as well. The care conferences held smart professionals that listened to what Mom's interests and fanned them. The therapists held my Mom with nothing but love. So this was time i needed help with my Mom and they did that very well.
