Palace Massage

Before going for a massage I called to explain problem areas I wanted worked on due to an injury. Lady didn't understand well and told me to "just come in and see", she seemed nice over the phone. When I got there she seemed a bit apprehensive and speaking in person was still difficult. I asked her if she could work on my hip and glute area due to injury. She said to get the full body massage. I paid $80 which is already a steep price. When I got back there she did the massage for about 20 minutes. When I asked if she would work on the area around my injury causing tightness and aches she said she didn't understand. She told me it would $50 extra which is literally insane. So she worked with me (if you could call it that) ended the regular massage at 25 minutes and charged me as if it w

I made an appointment for 8:00 tonight. I received a call around 7:20 asking if I could change my appointment to 8:30. It didn't fit my schedule so I declined. There was no problem when I made the appointment. This either a case of inadequate scheduling or a walk-in came in and they decided to push my appointment by 30 minutes. I suspect the latter. I am giving 2 stars because they at least called, otherwise I would have driven half an hour and found that a masseusse was not available. This is not the only place where this has happened. This seems to be a frequent occurrence at some of the asian massage parlors. I spent 5 years in China an this never happened once. From now on I will shy away from any massage parlors that do not provide responses to reviews, good or bad.

As much I wanted to like this place I didn’t. The lady basically demanded a $20 tip from me.

I loved my entire experience. Inside it was so well kept, clean and cute! I thought my massage was very unique compared to others, with her use of balancing chakras in the beginning. I loved it. She's very attentive to your needs. I will be back as soon as I can.
