I wish I could give Dr. Pair's office more than 5 stars. I haven't been to an eye doctor in several years. When I walked in his office, the staff was nice. I expected one of them to take me to the exam room when it was my turn, but Dr. Pair came and got me himself. He was very good at explaining everything and answering all my questions in terms I could understand. When I got my glasses from a 1-hr place and needed them adjusted, not only was his staff willing to help me, but he personally worked on making sure they fit correctly. I'll definitely go back to him next time I need anything eye related.

I've been using Dr. Pair as my eye doctor for years and have never had a bad experience. He's super nice and has helped remedy any eye-related issue I've had from needing prescription lenses/sunglasses to relieving irritated eyes. I would recommend either of Dr. Pair's locations (I've been to both) to anyone looking for an eye doctor.

The doctor is great. He does his job very well and is extremely nice, but his secretaries are terrible. I ordered glasses almost a month and a half ago and I still haven't received them. All they keep telling me is that they're working on it. Then I called to order more contacts about 3 weeks ago and they said they would have to check my insurance and would call me right back. I never got a call back about that either. Last time I was in there, the two women were just sitting there gossiping. I don't think they care very much about their jobs.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Professional service from provider.

I have been using Dr Pair since I was 13 years old. My family uses him as well. Always goes above and beyond, excellent service. He is like family.
