I’ve started this pain nightmare in 2006 by 2008/09 I was seeing Dr Covey & moved with him to PTCOA for the last 16 years or more. The support staff are awesome & friendly which has not always been the case. Dr Ramsay & Jaclyn Cooper are both amazing & care about their patients. We have tried everything there is to try to get as much pain relief as possible. I just want to be able to sit down more than a few minutes to scarf down my food as quickly as possible. I want to go on an afternoon shopping trip with my daughters but instead I have to push to get thru 1 store then have to go home because of the pain. Neither of those things are the Drs fault that I can’t do them, it’s just my reality.

Dr's are Amazing, Dr Brian Malik is professional & completely fixed my issue with a great personality. Team is Amazing. Care & treatments are phenomenal!! Billing is a Nightmare! Even if your insurance covers there "Billing team are idiots". The nurse/doc has attitude as if patients are a inconvenience. Hard to believe the treating team is phenomenal & the back up can be so pathetic ill never go back. Afyer 30 minute hold with billiing. I was sent to voice mail. My coverage was cleared before treatment. I then recived a large bill. I now can not reach billing to get this cleared up 🤬😡🤬😡

Dr. Malki has been great. He has never made my mom (and me--full time caregiver) feel rushed. He's always kind, asks how she's doing and really listens. My mother is lucky she found such a good doctor. Dr Malki visits with her regularly, he's done a procedure on her, and fixed it when an odd problem came up. He doesn't usually make us wait too long. The office (Conway) can be a bit frustrating to get ahold of. I've resigned myself to the reality that texting with the office is the best contact from my experience. Be patient and plan ahead, it's has taken a couple of days to get a response. Overall a good experience.

This has been a very great and understanding place for my pain management. They have not just tried to come in and make me do things that I couldn’t do. They’ve been very understanding about my need for pain medication and are telling me ways that can make my back stronger than what our next steps will be so far. It has been a great pleasure.

I am floored at the behavior of Dr Malki after being his patient for quite a while now. There was no reason for him to be a jerk at my last 2 appointments and I’m not so sure I want to keep or recommend him now because who wants to deal with that for no reason except HIM AND HIS TEAM MAKING THE MISTAKE, not me. I use to feel like he cared and had my best interest at heart but now I’m not sure. I was all but called a lier and it was NOT my mess up. At the very least, I believe Dr Malki should be sure he knows what he’s taking about AND not come across the negative way he did. It made me feel very uncomfortable and for what?? I do not need a doctor that’s gonna be that way. I guess I’ll see how the next appointment goes before I make a decision. I really thought he cared and wouldn’t act the
