I’ve been a patient here for several years, and before the last two, I would have rated this place 5 stars easily. The past two years however have been chaotic and frustrating. The office staff and technicians are this place’s only upside. I’ve been dealing with chronic pain for over a decade and have been seeing this clinic for at least the last 7 years. Until the last person I saw (I have no idea if she was a doctor or a PA) I had always been treated respectfully and given options. This last lady made me feel like I was asking for too much to just be in minimal pain. She made it feel like I would have my meds cut off if I didn’t go through physical therapy, which actually made my pain levels worse. If your insurance requires prior authorization for anything, prepare to have to hou

I am leaving this review because I received a request from PTCOA yesterday asking me to leave one. When Dr. Baker and his assistant Stacy Smith was at PTCOA it was a good clinic. They listened to me and were always respectful and never doubted for a moment that I was in pain and I never thought it would have turned into what it has turned into. I am referring to the Bentonville location as I have no experience with the Little Rock location or other areas. It is average at best and they have missed the excellent care they used to represent. I am still waiting to see a doctor and I'm in a lot of pain. I started the 800 mg prescription medicine combined with my other pain meds and I'd like to say it has helped but I have not noticed a pain decrease. I had already been taking ibuprofen and all

Apn did not like that Dr amidi was prescribing me nausea meds! Said they don't usually prescribe that at this clinic. Asked why I needed it. Nausea !? I pulled the bottle with drs name on it. and then she said "I'll send a few". REALLY? Been taking that for years before Dr Baker left. Hydrocodone makes me nauseous for crying out loud! I filled 40 tabs in the last 13 months and she questions it!? APN. Not the Dr, who is very kind! Cooper made me feel like I was seeking, the way she questioned me. Seeking nausea meds! Haha. Power trip? I'm 67 years old with 9 spinal fractures being made to feel small for needing it! I wonder, do they read these reviews? Doesn't seem like it. Only the positive ones. And I have a life. Can I please have a say about my appt? No where else does the pati

Well…run!! I can’t say enough bad about this place. My wife and I showed up hoping for pain relief from chronic back pain and although the doctor and nurses seemed helpful, their office did not. The office manager should be fired. We called numerous times after her first appointment asking for an appointment or call back and never heard a word. We had to go to the emergency room 4 times in the 30 day time frame, looking for relief because their front office girl was useless. You can’t get through her. Not only would they not see her while we waited for the 30 days till the next appointment, they would not even return a call. The most ridiculous thing was they had her come in for random drug test. They treat everyone like drug addicts. She didn’t want drugs, we needed someone kind to help

I have had many injections and ablations for my back and my neck over the last 15 years. This was my first procedure with PTCOA. I had a great experience! The doctors and nurses were informative, kind, and put my already anxious self at ease. So grateful for them and making me their priority during my time there.
