Shannon is the best! She is so knowledgable and is an absolute joy to work with. She has a deep understanding of the lymphatic system and has a lot of experience and knowledge about post op care. I wouldn’t recommend going to anyone else but her for your lymphatic and post op care needs! She really knows how to guide you through the healing process making it so breeze and stress free!

I have been working with Shannon for about a year and a half for swelling, tightness, and arm movement issues after surgery and radiation [for breast cancer]. When I first came to her I didn’t know what to expect, but I had swelling and unrelenting stabbing pain as what my doctors called “normal effects of my procedures” — and I was out of options from the medical community.. These “normal effects” caused me pain in doing everyday tasks, making me worry about how I would be able to continue life in a normal manner. Shannon is an outstanding practitioner with a wealth of knowledge and experience to support her skills. Her space is beautiful, comfortable, and relaxing, and the massage itself was very helpful! I felt way more relaxed and in a much better mood than when I arrived, and it stuck. Shannon also helped me understand a bit more about the potential causes of my swelling and pain so many months post-op that aren't Lymphatic related. I highly recommend working with her and will be back!
