5 +! Val is a gifted healer and she has been a key component to my recovery from decades of chronic pain. In my experience she is an intuitive movement practitioner who utilizes a variety of approaches to assist and empower recovery. I have particularly appreciated her knowledge and application of lymphatic and myofascial release. However - my favorite aspect of her work, is her creativity. For example, she has helped me to incorporate gentle dance moves to support my hip to release from long term tightness (which also has helped me begin to associate positive and fun movement with an old injury). So, in general, she is a skilled, unique and thoughtful practitioner and I am grateful she is my corner!
