Pain management, Dr Ari Lerner has a staff who are amazing. The beautiful young ladies at the front desk are not only courteous and kind but they all have helpful spirits and have always shown me a willingness to help the patient. I can’t even name any one young lady in particular because all of them have been kind, considerate And very understanding towards the patient, who all come in with some sort of pain and physical trauma. The reception that is offered coming in the door has helped me so much deal with my CRPS psychologically they have made that part of this journey just that much more tolerable. Thank you, Dr. Lerner and thank you all of the wonderful ladies at the front desk and also the staff (PT’s) who work behind the scenes, hats off to a wonderful pain management practice.

Dr. Lerner and his staff provide not o my exceptional care but are attentive to all their patients. For the moment you walk into the office you are greeted with pleasant and friendly staff. My procedure was quick and I was out at ease with the through explanation from Dr. Lerner and his staff. It is evident that the staff that work there enjoy their job and work to create an enjoyable and safe experience for their patients. I would highly recommend.

My first visit at Pain Management Specialists of New York was very nice and stress free. The office staff are very nice and the wait was not long at all. I found Dr. Lerner to be attentive as he asked questions and listened to my answers and questions. The atmosphere was very relaxing and the office is spacious and clean. I would recommend Pain Specialists of NY to anyone who deals with pain daily. I look forward to my next visit with Dr. Learner because he and his staff made me feel comfortable, (anxious me) and that is not easy for me as I'm usually very anxious at medical facilities. As always, I have nothing but praise for this practice. From the medical personnel to the front office reception, they are truly caring professionals. As for the office, it is always clean, quiet, and comfortable. The new NP, Alexis, is wonderfully caring, the anesthesiologist, Dr. Pete always has a joke to ease you, and Dr. Lerner is an excellent physician who cares about his patients.

Dr. Lerner is wonderful and a pleasure to work with he’s attentive to the needs of his patients. He’s exceptional and exceed my expectations when it comes to my care. His staff is pleasant and professional. I’m very pleased with the services his office provides.
