Got injections in my back had one issue with a doctor trying to change my primary care Physicians prescription pain med lasts 4 hours he tried to change me from 6 to 4 a day. I asked if he failed math in college he was upset and suddenly was sticking a 19 gage needle in my back wrong size 17 gage wrong size these were stabbing in my spine 20 gage wrong size turned out 19 was right the first time. I filed a complaint my PCP said only he will do my meds the Doctor called said we had miscommunication and was treated very well from then on. If using a medical service in Springfield use Mercy. Best Dr. Nurses very kind and nice to look at.

Had to have back injection here. I've had many here. There friendly here. But I feel like I'm a head of cattle here. Once they get you all checked in. They move fast. And your injection are like wham, bam, thank you ma'am. After your injections they keep an eye on you for awhile. Then they cut you loose. WARNING: YOU MUST BE THERE 30 MINS BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT. IF YOUR 2-5 MINS LATE THEY WILL RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT. THEY ARE JOHNNY ON THE SPOT. DO NOT BE LATE PERIOD!! So keep that in mind. AND THESE INJECTIONS HURT LIKE CRAZY. FYI!

It's an easy place to find on south Glenstone. It is just behind a gas station and in front of a library. It is also on bus route 12 going north on Glenstone or bus route 5 going south on Glenstone. The staff is very caring of all the patients and there drivers. I was offered a snack and juice when they where done giving me my shots for pain in my lower back.
