This is an excellent paincare office. The doctors and staff are all top tier. When you walk in for your appointment you are warmly greeted by Delores- even when she is extremely busy she manages to acknowledge you and ask how you're doing. She's very sweet & efficient at her work. Dr Cheryl Spraggs, the PA, is wonderful, too. She is very kind & empathetic. She makes you feel seen when speaking to her about your pain & understands it. I get epidural nerve blocks for my spinal stenosis pain, about every 3-4 months. They have been a Godsend. Doctors Warsch & Kuchera are masters at their profession. I hardly feel any pain when they give me my nerve blocks. I usually go in with a pain level of 10 and leave with a pain level of 0-1. I highly recommend this business to anyone looking for great p

I have been with PainCare Florida, Port Saint Lucie Office for many years due to their dedication toward their patients. The entire staff is extremely proficient in their roles. Scheduling appointments & procedures are made in timely matters which is greatly appreciated. A special shout out to Deloris who always greats each and every patient with a genuine kindness. She has a unique way of making each patient feel seen and special. She will always go above & beyond to make your scheduling appointments effortless. From the front desk support team, to the physician assistants and all the doctors you will be in the right hands for all your pain needs.

This is by far the best pain care group in this area. Dolores is the glue that holds this entire place together. Her work ethic is incredible. Two terrific nurse practitioners, Taylor and Cheryl. So professional so knowledgeable I really enjoy meeting and visiting with them and they truly care about me. Dr. Kuchera Is very cool and very compassionate. But bring a sweater when you know he’s gonna be there. He loves it freezing in there. I truly love this place!! 6 stars!!

I have been a patient for a few years. Everyone in the office is wonderful. They are caring and truly listen to the needs of the patients.
