I’ve been seeing Dr. Pahlavani for years, and even though I now live out of state, I still travel all the way to DC just to see her because she is the only dentist I trust! She’s incredibly gentle, thorough, and caring. I always get my annual check ups and fillings done with her, and she consistently takes amazing care of my teeth. She explains everything clearly, makes sure I’m comfortable the whole time, and her work is always excellent. I can’t recommend Dr. Pahlavani and her entire team enough, they’re truly among the best! I also love the new office, it’s beautiful, welcoming, and has such a great vibe!! <3

Dr. Pahlavani's clinic was extremely helpful in arriving at a quick diagnosis for my 12 yo daughter's jaw pain. The clinic is clean, well-lit and well maintained, with high precision equipment to treat a variety of dental ailments ( in our case, the Itero laser scanner used for creating a perfectly fitted mouth guard.) The clinic was prompt in confirming all appointments. The staff was extremely courteous, friendly and professional. Dr. Pahlavani's attention to detail and comforting dialogue during the visits made my daughter extremely relaxed and happy. Pahlavani dental has been a blessing for us and we highly recommend them for the whole family's dental needs.

I came in for a first-time teeth cleaning. There was no receptionist scheduled in the hour before my appointment time, so I stood outside in a bitter wind until someone let me in the waiting area. The staff didn't seem to know where I should go for my teeth cleaning - they ended up moving me after taking images. The chair I ended up in felt like it was in the open: there was a constant stream of patients and staff walking by my chair during my procedure. The dentist seemed knowledgeable, though I wasn't convinced that the 3D scan or the AI image processing was necessary, he seemed to find it helpful so that's fine. I've gone to Pahlavani Dental for years, and I am always pleased with the atmosphere, as well as the compassion of the staff. I had my veneers replaced by Dr. Gutierrez and could not be happier!
