First time here. Not crowded. Attended to strait away. Kind service for check in. Called back in just minutes. Dr. Nicole was a pleasant surprise with information and details and super helpful. Fixed me up promptly. To be honest it was hard to grasp. I am used to John's Hopkins were lines are over populated and visits take the entire day. So valley was a very positive experience. Also the blood test lab was in house and results were back in 1 hour. Beat that JHopkins.

The front desk help is amazing! Donna has the same name as my auntie who was an RN. Each time I see her, no matter how busy or chaotic it may get, she always greets me with a smile and welcomes me in. The wait is less than two minutes to be checked in. Definitely worth driving to Luray to be seen.

The office manager treated my mom terribly regarding a bill that wasn't her responsibility. She loves her provider, but I wish she had other options. Sadly, this is, for the most part, her only option in Luray.

Last year I made an appointment with a NP...our first time meeting me her bedside matter was all she wrote..It was the attitude that the NP had and I quickly left and never made another appointment with Tham again....

This place has gone to Hell,since Dr.Switzer left.
