I tried...My condition was under control and all I needed was a neurologist to keep the refills supplied. Dr. Rao is not a bad doctor however, the issues with refills has been a headache for the last 6 months. It is to the point where I now have a new doctor. At least 4 separate major issues in 6 months is unacceptable. If you stay with her, please make sure you have them update the computer constantly and that they tell you exactly what they are sending and where they are sending it. Why do we need to do this today, in 2022? Still waiting for compensation for the co-pays I needed to pay due to the mistakes.

I made an appointment to Dr. Padmarekha Rao office a month ago and I was given an appointment for 2/28/22 @ 2:30 pm. My fingers are swelling and hands are tingling but when I called to confirm today, I was told I don’t have an appointment. My husband took a day off just to drive me. I am very upset what happened today. The person who answered me was very nasty and I was told I have to wait until May to see the doctor because my last appointment was back in 2019 and they are fully booked. If they told me ahead of time that they can’t see me I can make another appointment to the other doctor that maybe more reliable to this clinic. I will never recommend this clinic to anyone anymore.

Fabulous doctor who listens and is very understanding. Explains and implements her plan to get you back to feeling well. Front desk is helpful and courteous. Left there after my first visit feeling much better than I had anticipated.
