I’ve been a patient of this practice for approximately 20 years and I can give my PCP 10 stars if I could; however, I wanted to make an appointment this morning to rule out a sinus infection and a secretary refused to schedule me if I didn’t have a Covid test done today (mind you that I had one done two days ago with negative results). Refusal to provide treatment is illegal in the State of CT and is poor care management for the patients. That’s a shame on PACT.
I have been a patient of West Haven Medical Group since 1990. I have always loves the staff and my doctor. They treat you as a person not a number or pay check. I would strongly recommend these doctors because in a day where patients are just a number, this staff and doctors actually care about you.
