Needing to get a corrective surgery before my deductible reset, PACT was able to get me in for a pre-op endoscopy much sooner than the practice I had originally been referred to. Dr. Ho did my intake and very supportive and professional. His office was able to collaborate with ease with the Endoscopy Center of CT just down the hall which resulted in a smooth, successful procedure! Thank you!!

I would like to bring attention towards the front desk associate, who was rude, lazy and angry. She was complaining about having to deal with patients who were anxious prior to their procedure and treated me without regard and respect. I encountered my second issue with the nurse who performed my venipuncture. I brought it to her attention that she chose a bad vein because I have a medical background regarding this situation. She reassured me that she knew what she was doing and piercing my vein. It was far from fine. It surprised me when I was home. The first thing they asked me was about the site after IV. The most unprofessional experience I have ever had from a medical professional. I never even received a physical exam by David Griffin. He said what he thought I had and asked for a stool sample, prescribed linzess which did not work, and the prescribed motegrity which helped very minimally. I set up a colonoscopy appointment and had to reschedule due to not being able to tolerate the prep for the colonoscopy. So I then rescheduled and happen to fall ill with a fever the day before that appointment and was treated as if these circumstances were my fault. I also was trying to apply for FMLA and that got denied by my HR department and I ultimately ended up losing my job due to their lack of understanding, communication, and human decency at best.
