5/5 Stars – Outstanding Service from Bianca and Monica at Pacifica Dermatology My daughter and I recently visited Pacifica Dermatology and faced some really overwhelming insurance hurdles to get her the right acne medication. Bianca and Monica were incredibly patient, professional, and persistent—they guided us through every step until we got what we needed. As a small business owner myself, I truly appreciate how much great customer service matters, especially when dealing with complicated issues like this. Absolutely love this place! Everyone is so friendly and helpful (both on the phone and in person!!). Justin (PA) has been amazing in treating my son's dermatology needs. We are always able to get an appointment within a few days. Bravo!

Pacifica Dermatology is great Dermatologist. Justin Mikesell and his medical assistants are truly professional and take charge on taking care of you with great respect and professionalism. Pacifica does not make you feel like a patient, they take care of you like you are family.

I can't emphasize enough how exceptional the providers are at Pacifica Center for Dermatology. Dr. Dharia is an outstanding dermatologist and Mohs surgeon—knowledgeable and compassionate. Justin Mikesell, their physician assistant, was incredible and dedicated ample time to discuss my son's acne concerns, outlining our options and creating a treatment plan. The staff is excellent, and the best part is that we don't have to wait three months for an appointment!
