Dr. Hendricks took time assessing my skin for type of laser treatment it needs. He Spent time exploring options and explaining the process. It was a great experience as it was my first time getting any type of facial laser treatment. Dr. Hendricks has great bedside manners, overall impressed with the treatment I received.

Dr Hendricks removed my gynocomastia and a few other smaller procedures. I was happy. About 7 months later my gynocomastia returned. I called Dr Hendricks and he told me that we had decided not to remove the gland which means the gyno would return, Remove the gland and no more gyno basically. I have struggled with gynocomastia for years so why not remove the gland , now I have to have the surgery again?!?! I thought Dr Hendricks would admit the error and offer a reduced price or maybe do it for cost, considering that surgery with after care was about 10k and I had paid around 20k in total. Dr. Hendricks removed a facial mole years after a previous dermatologist refused to do because they were afraid of the end result looking worse. As a result, I've been afraid that this was a realistic possibility if I further pursued removing it. I'm happy to report that Dr. Hendricks has fantastic bedside care and assured me he wouldn't make it look worse. Dr. Hendricks' biolase water laser was pretty gentle and no anesthesia was needed. I appreciated the required 3 week follow-up to ensure the mole was completely gone and healing was going well.
