Absolute worst experience for my poor elderly step mother! She’s in her 70’s and she has been going to this office almost a year to obtain dentures and still has one set that doesn’t even fit her. She has just a few teeth so she cannot eat much of anything substantial. My father and her are very patient people and the “office manager” Sylvia is by far one of the rudest people. They have insurance yet the office had them pull a 5,500 dollar loan to “pay them”. I’ve contacted her dental insurance and not once has the insurance been billed in ten months. Nothing was ever signed by my step mom for them to do strictly cash pay! They never answer their phone, or return calls. I’ve called numerous times for them myself as I’m a nurse and understand things just get busy. Yet still barley any call

Seriously the customer service!! 100 stars!! I like most people hate the dentist and every person that I interacted with today was AMAZING! Doctor was kind and helpful and really explained everything to me. Getting an appointment was easy and I was not waiting in the lobby for an hour. I was seen at my appointment time. I loved the energy in the office. I WILL be back and I HIGHLY recommend!

Beware of this company. They seem to prey on the elderly. As all medical and dental offices rely on the patient's insurance for payment, these guys will rip them off and charge for services not done. And once the patient is financed, ( care credit), will comply and charge the full amount to the patient. I see a scam here as they have done with my mother. Shame on you Pacific Wave Dental.
