I want to take a moment to share my experience from around 3:30 PM, just half an hour before closing. I felt a bit guilty and skeptical about arriving so late, but I was dealing with a nasty earwax blockage and couldn't hear well at all. Since I was nearby, I decided to give this urgent care a shot. As soon as I walked in, I was warmly greeted by the team member at the front desk. They were super friendly and professional, which immediately put me at ease. The entire check-in process was quick and straightforward, and the staff were extremely attentive to me. The Nurse Practitioner I met was so lovely and took the time to listen to my concerns. Friendly, caring and quick service. Thorough in examination . Explained things as he proceeded and asked if I had any questions. Seemed caring, knowledgeable and well equipped in dealing with my medical problem. I had great confidence in their handling of my medical treatment.

I came in with my son on Saturday, 01/25 and we were in and out of there in an hour.(It was pretty quick.) The entire staff including the doctors were friendly and helpful with what my son was experiencing. I'm sure I'll be back.

Been going to this place for a few years now. Walked right up and was greeted nicely by a familiar face. Provided insurance and copay, etc. Waited for 15 mins or so before being called. Dr. Lu listened to my ailments and symptoms. During our discussion, I realized that he reviewed my health history prior to his walking into the room. Didn't feel rushed. Within 2 minutes, I received my prescription, and out the door I went. Happy customer!

Zero star experience If you value your time, and your health, avoid this urgent care at all costs. Second time coming here, will not be returning. Came in on a Friday at 11 to an empty lobby and still waited about two hours before having to leave and schedule an appt for the next day. While waiting in lobby I watched one of the doctors installing/reinforcing file cabinets joking about how he’s a doctor and how it would be funny if he got hurt doing this. Their reasoning for wait was that they did not have any rooms available and I even offered to be seen out in the lobby since all they do is listen to your lungs and write a prescription. With appt expect to be waiting atleast 30 min before vitals are taken. During appt provider did not verify pharmacy and sent to wrong one, then did n
