Easy in and out! I have been to my share of Urgent cares as a child. As an adult I have been very particular as wait times and the staff make all the difference. Die toy privacy for patients they do have the TV louder than one would expect but I understand the privacy factor. I feel the waiting room is always decorated with the latest holiday and the chairs are clean. Tissues and mask are offered in the waiting room area. The floors appear clean and the magazines up to date. I think the reception staff is polite and makes a point to acknowledge me every time I come in with a pleasant greeting. If only Dr. Amer a The other physicians have great bedside manner.I have met 3 of the doctors and they are equally well rounded physicians who are detailed and through. I have been to Pacific Urgent Care a few times over the years. The staff are always professional and friendly. The facility is clean and new and wait times are usually short. Dr. Amer is kind and compassionate and always takes the time to listen address all of my concerns. I will continue to use them in the future. It is not easy to find timely and effective medical services these days but Pacific Urgent Care exceeds all of my expectations.

My first time here was a good experience. Some time later I came here to get my ear quickly checked after getting tinnitus, because I couldn't get an ENT appointment right away. The doctor suggested getting an ear lavage, which I reluctantly tried but stopped almost immediately because it was far too loud. Made my tinnitus worse and it hasn't gotten better. Well, when I did see an ENT eventually they said that there wasn't enough blockage in the ear to even cause tinnitus, so an ear lavage was unnecessary. I get that going to an urgent care center is not the same as going to a specialist, but this place suggested a "treatment" without knowing the risks or whether it was appropriate for my condition in the first place. Made a permanent condition even worse. Thanks for nothing.

We absolutely ADORE Dr. Amer. We have been coming to this urgent care since the pandemic and quickly realized that Dr. Amer is patient, kind, understanding, and knowledgeable. Our three daughters absolutely love Dr. Amer and never mind going to the Dr.'s office if it is with her.

Dr.Anne Amer is the very best doctor my family has encountered and we have been coming here for an year. She is always patient (even with my raucious 4YO with whom she takes time to explain everything to), listens well, takes time and is never rude. Once we were seen by a replacement Dr. who was not as good and was freaking out when my kid caughed a bit while being examined (the only possible reason this place would not have a uniform 5 star review). All the staff (front office, nurses etc) are very pleasant and professional as well.
