You can truly see his genuine love for animals in the way he interacts with them and handles each case. He took the time to provide thorough consultation, answered all of my questions patiently, and made sure I fully understood my pet's condition and treatment options. He has an incredibly calming effect on all the animals that come into the clinic. Today, I visited this beautiful, clean clinic. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the most beautiful cat in the world greeted us with love as well. We had an appointment with Vlad, and I want to highlight his professionalism and care for my dog. Everything was quick and professional. We live in the Palisades and I have been using Pali Vet for years. Dr. Jordon and her predecessor provided excellent care. With regret I must post a warning to others. I made an emergency visit to Pali Vet because our then 2 year old pup became lethargic and demonstrated a neurological issue. Rather than perform a urine test to see if he ate something, a complete work up was done at tremendous cost; as it turned out our pup must have ingested something and he quickly recovered within a few hours of being seen. I paid the bill and then wrote to the owner several times and expressed concern about the billing practice. I anticipated the owner would respond and work through the problem.
