Pacific Heights Dental

Wow! The whole office at Pacific Heights Dentist is truly amazing. I've had some terrible past experiences with dentist, and have grown a great fear of going. I'm so glad I chose to come here. They were beyond kind, caring, and informative. I went in with a dental emergency and was in so much pain. They prioritized it and handled it same day. I left feeling so much better physically as well helped me rewrite my experience with the dentist. Would 100% recommend and will be going back!

My dental clinic closed and we were absorbed by Pacific Heights Dental. I was so nervous about seeing a new dentist. My new dentist Dr. K, is amazing! I am quite happy with Dr. K and the supporting staff, all made me feel welcomed, comfortable. The office is modern and the staff are friendly and professional. I highly recommend them.

I had a phenomenal experience at Pac Heights Dental! They squeezed me in for 3 visits within the same week where I had Dr K and Mindy Yan as a Dental Hygienist. They both were extremely compassionate and professional, but I do want to give a special shout out to Mindy for truly going above and beyond in every measurable way. Mindy was incredibly empathetic, diligent, and charismatic. Thank you PHD!

I started coming here for my primary dental care after I moved back to the Bay Area. I love coming to this part of San Francisco, and the service I get here is always on point. So far, my experiences have been smooth and easy. Doctors go over everything in detail, and everyone is clear, and efficient. You will be in and out quick, but well taken cared of.

Terrible customer service. Today was supposed to be my first appointment since they took over my previous dentists practice and when I arrived they didn’t have an anyone available to do my cleaning. My regular hygienist was out sick and there wasn’t any communication on their part ahead of time to let me know. I was asked to wait to see if someone else would no show and I could take that appointment. No solutions or accommodation for their error. I am going to miss my regular hygienist because I cannot go back to a place with such a lack of empathy for their patients. Do not recommend to anyone in search of a new dental provider.
