Pacific Hearing Services (Albany Hearing)

I was pleasantly surprised when I entered this business . I was looking for a place that would service my Audibel / Starkey hearing aids that I have had for quite a while. When I entered, the people there greeted me . When I asked about my audibel hearing aids they said, " oh yes we can service those". When I asked what the fees were for cleaning, I was told there is no charge. That was quite surprising to me because that is not what I have experienced at other hearing aid businesses. Has it turned out I knew this business from their location in Corvallis. Ethan is the primary hearing specialist. His father Randy had been in the hearing business for a long time, and Ethan took over from him. He did the cleaning quickly and efficiently. They sounded much better when he was done. Some of the

UPDATE: I am a first-time hearing aid user. No loaner hearing aids were needed or provided. And yes, I am very very happy with my decision to find another provider! Very poor customer service Pacific Hearing will not return phone calls. Ordered hearing aids nearly four weeks ago. Was told it would only take about two weeks to get them and now having to work with my insurance company to get my money back. Find another provider!

Great local family business! Really impressed with the knowledge and patience when finding just the right hearing aid. Took the stress right out and made it a fun experience.
