Pacific Haven Subacute and Healthcare Center

This review is for my Dad's 3rd stay at Pacific Haven Subacute Healthcare Center. Our family couldn't be more grateful for the care he received. Big Thanks! To all the Staff you guys are always kind, patient and attentive to his needs. You treat him like a family, with respect and always keep us up to date with his progress. The Nurses (Annabelle, Monina, Van, Grace & others), Therapist (Ryan , Benjie & others) and Caregivers you go above and beyond in making sure my Dad is comfortable and well cared for. Thank you to the entire team, We really appreciate you all! & God Bless you all! I highly recommend this place for your love ones, They have great leadership and great team overall!

As a private caregiver it’s nice to see a facility that keeps up with cleanliness and compassion ! From the hard working cna’s, nurses, physical therapist, and maintenance guys everyone here is friendly and helpful. Even the ladies at the front desk make a good impact on the beginning of my day. This facility not only takes care of their patients but often have a lot employee appreciation events/yummy treats. The atmosphere here is great and the garden is very peaceful. My client and I will be leaving soon and while i’m happy to see my client return home i’ll be sad to leave all the wonderful people i met. Take it easy Pacific Haven Team, don’t work too hard now…Take care :)

My mom stayed here after her surgery, and the physical therapists were amazing. They understood her limitations and knew exactly how to help her regain strength and mobility so she could be discharged safely. They made the whole experience enjoyable — helping her improve without making it feel like hard work! Thank you to all the physical therapists here for treating her with such care and respect. You made her feel valued, not like a burden, and even when she felt discouraged, you showed her just how much progress she had made

Our mom stayed for rehabilitation of her hip surgery. The facility is clean, staffs (CNA Lucia, Javier, Ngoc and others; nurses (Annabelle, Van and others),,physical therapists(Ryan, Phoebe and others etc.) are polite and caring. Management listens. Our family couldn't be more grateful for the care she received. Thank you to entire team for always go above and beyond in making our mom feel comfortable and well care for. We really appreciated and God bless you all. We highly recommend this place to friends and loved ones. Overall, this place has great leadership and awesome team.
