I went there in February last year due to pain, and today I went because my tooth was chipped. They interrogated me about giving a 3-star review regarding waiting 1.5 hours last time. Instead of 'Did that happen? I'm sorry!', they said, 'We don't have such things. Nerve treatment isn't done here. Crown isn't covered by insurance, so you have to pay $950.' I contacted the insurance company and was told by the representative that it is a covered item. If the company says it's covered but the clinic demands payment? What should an uninformed person do? And if they selectively choose patients based on reviews? It's fortunate that the person denying facts and interrogating in comments is a doctor; if they were a corporation or politician...? You have to visit several dental clinics and decide,

I am impressed! I got my appointment in three hours! My tooth hurt so bad and Dr. Meng extracted it same day i called to the dental office. Very professional, quick, he explained everything he were doing and gave me all the recommendations I needed. The assistant was friendly and nice to me. Definitely will come back !

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a dentist. I went in to get fitted for partials the first visit the dentist cleaned my teeth. If that’s what you wanna call it he was very rough and caused the surface of my teeth Damage did not take his time. He also pulled molars that needed to be pulled from the root and still left pieces of tooth in my gums,. he did not even bother to sew up where he pulled all molars, I still have a hole where he pulled my molar & it has been months since this was done, I must admit I left a good review because I was desperate to get my partials that I had already paid for, but in reality I have to be totally honest, this dentist is very rough on the teeth, while cleaning them. I made a complaint with my insurance company later realizing I had already pa
