Pacific Dental Clinic

Had issues since the beginning. Got there 2pm on the dot after confirming via phone mine and husbands appt -because the didn’t send a reminder like they said they would to make sure insurance was approved. Walked in, and no one was at the lobby desk. All we see is another family waiting in lobby looking as confused as we were. We waited a couple more minute until I ended up calling them while sitting in lobby- my call was never picked up. Ended up having my husband go around to where the parking lot to peak into the back and found them all sitting down all together talking. They saw him they rushed to the front to greet all saw by that time it was around 2:10pm that we saw someone that actually worked there. No apology offered but we let it go. Not newest facility but we let that go too. A

This place is junk, every time I go there it takes me more than 2 hours just for a simple cleaning work. I was there for my fillings, I signed in at 03:30 which was my appointment time, waited 1 hour and 30 minutes for my fillings and when I ask why is doctor is not coming, they said she is so busy with other patients and asked me if I can come next time,….after 90 minutes come next time really?????😔😡 I was hearing loud laughing, joking and noticed people who came after me were taken care of and having fun time with stuff. Just not that, I took my kids there and suddenly their tooth’s started falling down at age 4, broken during cleaning. Never ever go there, if you care about your tooth’s and time.

I've been coming here all my life. The dentists here have been one of the most caring and thoughtful. One worker stands out to me the most. Her name is Christy. She is very professional, caring, and helpful especially when it comes down to educating patients. I'm so glad she works here, I believe the office is very fortunate to have a worker like her. As a patient and customer I give her a 10 star!

The Experience I had over at Pacific Dental the 1st time was amazing! I admit that the Crew that helped me was very professional I was attended and treated very well by everyone. I am very fortinue that Pacific Dental contacted my family for a check up and asked about my status Lucky for me I am able to pull out a infected tooth no problem. I was able to set up an appointment the very same day or on Calendar !Thank you Pacific Dental!

A place where you can feel comfortable. This office always smells clean . Friendly staff and welcoming receptionist who offer water or coffee while you wait . I got my braces here and still get dental treatment done even if it’s a hour drive from my home .
