I’ve been coming here for over 5 years, and my family has been patients even longer. This place truly feels like family. Dr. Horowitz has a kind, calm, and reassuring bedside manner and is extremely patient and knowledgeable. He takes the time to listen, makes sure you feel completely comfortable before and after procedures, and is genuinely caring. He is always accessible for concerns and makes you feel truly taken care of. The staff at both the Pacific Surgery Center and the BioSpa are amazing—warm, professional, and always happy to answer questions and address any concerns. They go above and beyond to make sure you receive the best care and service possible. This is a top-tier cosmetic surgery center and medical spa, and I couldn’t recommend them more.

I had an eyelid lift with Dr. Andre about 10 months ago and I am absolutely thrilled with my results! I had been considering blepharoplasty for awhile and I’m so glad I finally went through with it. The entire experience at the Newport Beach office was incredible. Everyone was so kind, professional, and made me feel completely at ease. The recovery was easier than I expected, and I love how refreshed and natural my eyes look now! I was so happy with the outcome that I’ve already booked a surgical lip lift with Dr. Andre (hehe), which I’ll be doing under local anesthesia too! I’ll be seeing him this week and couldn’t be more excited :)

I recently had the pleasure of having a surgical procedure performed at the Pacific Surgery Center. The staff, which included Holly, RN, and the two Surgical Technologists, were most professional and provided excellent care to me during both the surgery and recovery periods. I would also like to give special recognition to Holly ,RN, who was an exceptional charge nurse. The OR was equipped with state of the art surgical and medical equipment which made me feel safe and reassured. The surgeon and anesthesiologist, were both highly trained physicians, that provided excellent care to me throughout the surgery. Thanks to the care of this Team, my procedure went well and my recovery has been without incident. I highly recommend this Surgery Center to others! Thanks

Dr. Khang Nguyen and his team are absolutely amazing! From start to finish, the care and professionalism were outstanding. I had a facelift, chin implant, and chin liposuction, and the results are incredible. I look and feel years younger, with completely natural results.
